Meet the team

  1. The starting point

    Field engineers

    C-Validation was born from engineers who commission, qualify and validate installations themselves. Their idea: support manufacturers directly, with no middle layer, from design to the qualified state.

  2. The structure

    Four co-founders, four practices

    CSV, automation & ASRS; engineering & PMO; HVAC & utilities; piping. Each practice is led by one of the co-founders, and together they bring over 50 years of combined experience.

  3. Today

    A fast-growing company

    A C&Q engineer partner and a business manager have joined the venture. The firm works in Life Sciences, Supply Chain and Engineering, with experience ranging from pharmaceuticals to nuclear, from offshore to petrochemicals.

  4. What comes next

    Written with you

    To keep growing, C-Validation is hiring demanding profiles: engineers and technicians who love field work and rigour. Your name is on your files, you are backed by your practice lead, and your work stands up in front of an inspector.

How hiring works here

    Every application is read by an area lead, not filtered by software. You get an answer, including a no.

  2. 02

    Discovery interview · 45 min

    A conversation with the lead of the relevant area: your background, what you are looking for, what the role really asks.

  3. 03

    Technical case

    A real, anonymised case — a deviation to investigate, a protocol to review. No trick tests, no abstract puzzles.

  4. 04

    Meet the team, then an offer

    You meet the people you would work with. The written offer follows within 5 days.
